This decision was made as part of the Law "On State Pension Social Insurance." The new list replaces the one lost since 1997 and will now be in effect.
The list includes artists whose work is characterized as particularly hard, creatively complex, and requiring significant physical effort. These conditions serve as the basis for early retirement.
The resolution will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
