In Kyrgyzstan, bailiffs have successfully completed a case regarding the collection of alimony, recovering nearly 1 million soms from the debtor.
According to the Bailiff Service, the enforcement proceedings in the At-Bashinsky district were concluded for the case of citizen M.A.Z., who was required to pay alimony to citizen K.L. in the amount of half of his income.
As of January 21, 2026, the total amount of alimony arrears was 940,000 soms. Thanks to the enforcement measures taken, this amount was fully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
