The funds were recovered through legal measures
According to information from the Bailiff Service under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, a resident of the At-Bashinsky district paid alimony in the amount of 940,000 soms.
The citizen with the initials M.A.Z. allocated half of his income to repay the debt to citizen K.L., which amounted to 940,000 soms as of January 21.
The agency noted: "Thanks to the measures taken for enforcement, the specified amount was fully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic."
