According to the city administration, the owners of the structures on this plot have started to voluntarily dismantle them.
The return of this asset became possible as a result of an inspection that revealed serious violations of the law. It was found that the plot had been transferred to private ownership in violation of the 1995 presidential decree, which prohibits the sale of social infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the inspection, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) returned the land from private hands and transferred it to the balance of the municipality of the southern capital.
The city administration emphasizes that the return of this plot is part of a comprehensive effort to restore the city's rights to unlawfully privatized state lands and social facilities. Authorities plan to continue similar work in the future.
