The area of the returned plot is 2,700 sq. m and it is an important element of the stadium. Previously, this plot was illegally transferred to private ownership with a change in its intended use, which violates current legislation.
As a result of the conducted activities, the plot along with the buildings on it has been returned to the state and is now under the balance of the Osh city administration.
The SCNS also noted that in accordance with the presidential decree dated February 16, 1995, No. 37 "On Urgent Measures to Ensure Conditions for the Further Use of Social Infrastructure Facilities," social infrastructure facilities cannot be sold by either state or privatized enterprises and institutions, regardless of the state’s share in their authorized capital, if they are on their balance or were transferred free of charge during the privatization process while maintaining the rules for their use.
