This includes the implementation of modern technologies such as bronchoscopy and NGS diagnostics, as well as the enhancement of various medical fields — oncology, pulmonology, transplantology, and anesthesiology. Issues related to hemodialysis, mobile clinics, and simplifying the licensing process for doctors were also discussed.

Among the topics discussed, staffing issues predominated. Doctors expressed their willingness to assist in training new specialists, suggesting organizing internships and conducting lectures, as well as involving professors for master classes and surgeries.
The deputy ministers noted that the ministry values the participation of doctors abroad as an important element for the development of the national healthcare system and intends to create platforms for continuous knowledge and experience exchange. The possibility of holding both in-person and virtual meetings in countries with a high number of Kyrgyz medical workers was also discussed.
In conclusion, Bakytbek Kadyraliev emphasized that the state is interested in maintaining professional ties with compatriots working abroad.
It is planned to hold similar meetings on a regular basis.
