In Kyrgyzstan, the control of animal products has been automated
A week-long information campaign has been launched in Kyrgyzstan, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. The focus is on automated systems being implemented in the agricultural sector. One of the most important innovations is the "Sanarip VET" system, which ensures complete control over the movement of animals and animal products, as well as the transition of all veterinary documents to electronic format.
The system is already actively used in all border veterinary points and territorial administrations. Specialists work daily with "Sanarip VET," which carries out the mandatory registration of all animals and products imported into the country. The processing of veterinary documents, certificates, and inspection reports now takes place electronically, significantly simplifying the process compared to the paper-based documentation that previously created additional risks and difficulties.
This system is integrated with the state platforms "Tündük" and the Unified Identification System Infocom, allowing for the confirmation of electronic documents using digital signatures. Currently, four types of veterinary certificates for the EAEU and 49 certificates for goods from third countries are processed through "Sanarip VET," significantly speeding up operations at the border and increasing the transparency of processes.
The main goal of implementing the "Sanarip VET" system is to ensure the identification and traceability of goods under veterinary control, prevent the import of counterfeit products, and enhance the level of food safety in the country. Additionally, it simplifies interaction between the central apparatus of the veterinary service, its territorial subdivisions, and border points.
The Ministry reports that it currently operates 35 information systems, of which 22 have already been fully implemented, and another 10 are under development. The "Sanarip VET" system holds a special place among them, as it directly impacts the safety of animal products and the effectiveness of veterinary control.
