A seminar "AgroZooVet-2026" for the development of agriculture and animal husbandry was held in the Batken region.
The aim of this event was to introduce modern technologies aimed at assisting farmers, agronomists, and veterinarians, as well as to increase productivity in animal husbandry and develop the processing industry with a focus on export.
Key topics discussed at the seminar included the implementation of drip irrigation and the selection of seeds adapted to climate change; strengthening animal health, improving artificial insemination methods, and adhering to international standards; supporting processing enterprises working with local products such as apricots and walnuts, as well as exploring opportunities for entering international markets.
The Ministry emphasized that the "AgroZooVet-2026" seminar aims to combine scientific knowledge and practical skills to support farmers. Adhering to modern veterinary standards and producing high-quality products play a key role in ensuring the country's food security.
The event was attended by local farmers, representatives of the agribusiness sector, and experts in the field. The Ministry plans to continue organizing similar events in various regions of the country.
