Annexation of Greenland. Only 17 percent of survey participants support Trump
At the same time, nearly half of those surveyed (47%) expressed dissatisfaction with the president's initiative to gain control over this autonomous territory of Denmark.
Moreover, 71% of survey participants believe that using military force to seize the island would be a "bad idea," while only 4% view this option as "good." The majority (two-thirds) are convinced that such actions could negatively affect the United States' relations with European countries and NATO.
Opinions also diverged regarding the strategic significance of Greenland for the United States: 33% of respondents noted that the island has strategic importance, 32% considered it "not so important," while 35% were unable to decide on an answer.
