90% of Kyrgyzstanis believe that the country is moving in the right direction


The survey covered more than a thousand participants across the republic


Recent results of a sociological study conducted by the Kusein Isaev Society Research Center at Bishkek Humanities University showed that the majority of Kyrgyzstanis have an optimistic view of current events in the country.

The study took place from December 25 to 29, 2025, and included over a thousand respondents.

According to the results, 90% of survey participants are confident that Kyrgyzstan is moving in the right direction, while 11% expressed the opposite opinion.

Evaluating the outcomes of 2025, more than 64% of respondents characterized it as positive, and 17% called the year quite successful. About a quarter of participants noted that the year was both successful and challenging. 7% of respondents considered the past year to be predominantly difficult or very challenging.

As for future prospects, more than 84% of those surveyed express optimism regarding 2026.
