In the Moscow District, the CCA 08-04 serves citizens through the "Tündük" application

The ЦОН 08-04 in the Chui region, located in the village of Belovodskoye, offers services to citizens through the "Tündük" application, which won the award for "Best Institution of 2025." The center's director, Yrysmat Tashtanov, reported on the availability of services and the convenience of accessing them for the population.

This service center is located in the administrative center of the district and employs 11 staff members who serve between 250 to 400 citizens daily, utilizing the app and electronic queue system.
“Our center has 11 employees. With the help of the 'Tündük' app and the electronic queue, we serve between 250 to 400 citizens daily. This significantly simplifies the waiting process and makes it more comfortable. For example, you can obtain the necessary documents without leaving your home. The electronic queue also helps avoid long waits in the hall,” added Tashtanov.

To register through the app, users need to follow several steps: select the main page of the app, then go to the services section where the online queue function is available. After filling in the required information, such as full name, phone number, and email address, the user selects their region and completes the registration. We also conduct explanatory work using video clips to assist citizens in mastering digital services. However, the lack of a separate building for the ЦОН creates certain difficulties in its operation,” he concluded.

Specialist Amina Isakova reported that about 10% of citizens register through the app. “People are starting to get used to this and find the system convenient,” she added.

The center 08-04 has been operating for many years, located in the building of the open joint-stock company "Kyrgyz Post."
