Replacement of indefinite rights: Medical certificate 083 will be excluded from "Tündük" starting January 19
According to the press service, during the visit he spoke with citizens and explained how to obtain the service.
In a recent live broadcast, Tumanbaev noted that currently, a medical certificate of form 083 is not required for the replacement of indefinite driver's licenses.
During his visit to "Unaa," he explained the necessity of replacing such licenses. According to him, old licenses do not have a digital version and are not accepted in some neighboring countries, which creates difficulties when using these documents abroad. Therefore, the transition to new samples is an important measure for the legalization of driver's licenses and compliance with international standards.
Moreover, he added that the old indefinite driver's licenses have shortcomings in security. Many of them contain outdated photographs, which complicates identification and creates risks of their use by other individuals. The new licenses have improved security features, reducing the likelihood of abuse and simplifying the work of road safety officials.
Tumanbaev also reported that previously, when applying through the "Tündük" system, a medical certificate of form 083 was automatically requested. Starting from January 19, this requirement will be eliminated for the replacement of old driver's licenses, allowing citizens to carry out this procedure online without leaving their homes.
He urged citizens to follow the established procedure to avoid the formation of queues:
- Those whose driver's licenses are not digitized and do not appear in the "Tündük" system should visit the center for personal document replacement;
- Citizens whose licenses are displayed in the system are recommended to apply for replacement online without visiting the center.
