Recently, a video appeared on social media showing a large gathering of people and long queues at the facility. In response, Health Minister Kanybek Dosmambetov was instructed to take immediate measures to address the situation.
In particular, in the consultative and diagnostic department, which was captured in the video, the laboratories that were causing inconvenience and overcrowding in the waiting area were moved to other premises. An additional registration point was also opened, which helped to organize the queues, and work is currently underway to increase the area of the waiting room.
As of today, the patient reception process is being carried out in a normal mode, and doctors and medical staff continue their activities according to the established schedule.
