The Cabinet of Ministers approved the list of professions considered "special."

More than 100 categories of workers from various fields have been included in the new list


The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to create a list of professions whose work is characterized by special conditions and workloads. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

This document establishes working time norms for representatives of these professions, taking into account the specifics and intensity of their labor. This decision has become part of the updated version of the Labor Code.

The new list includes over 100 categories of workers from various sectors, for whom special working time norms are provided, differing from general requirements.

The aim of adopting this resolution is to protect the labor rights of workers, prevent cases of overwork, regulate working hours more clearly, and improve efficiency in labor organization.

It is expected that the implementation of this document will lead to improved working conditions and compliance with labor legislation norms.
