In Kyrgyzstan, over a hundred professions will receive a special work schedule

The government of the country has approved a list of specialists whose work requires special conditions, as well as established the duration of their working hours. This decision was signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev, who holds the position of Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

This document is aimed at the legal regulation of working hours for certain categories of workers involved in labor under special conditions, in accordance with the norms of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. In this regard, the specifics of working conditions and the level of professional workload are taken into account.

The resolution is based on the updated version of the Labor Code of the KR. It includes more than one hundred categories of employees from various sectors of the economy.

The government noted that the implementation of this document will contribute to the improvement of labor legislation, the enhancement of labor regulation efficiency, and the optimization of labor processes.
