The Cabinet approved the list of categories of workers with special types of work

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a list of categories of workers whose activities have special working conditions, as well as determined the duration of their working hours. This decision was signed by the head of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The main goal of this resolution is to create a legal framework for regulating working hours for certain categories of employees engaged in work with special conditions, which is in accordance with the Labor Code and takes into account the specifics of working conditions and the level of workload.

The document was developed based on the new edition of the Labor Code and includes more than a hundred names of various categories of workers from different sectors.
