The announcement of Aigul Ryskulova's appointment as the director of the Department of Labor Migration and Social Protection of the EEC came from the commission itself.
Aigul Ryskulova, born in 1964 in Frunze, now Bishkek, is the daughter of the famous People's Artist of the USSR Muratbek Ryskulov. She is married and has a son.
Ryskulova received her education at the Kyrgyz State University, where she graduated from the Faculty of Law. She then continued her studies at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations in Moscow, obtaining a diploma in the specialty of "labor economist".
In her professional field, Ryskulova gained experience working in the judicial system, as well as in state and international institutions. She held important positions in the field of social protection, including leading the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the State Committee for Migration and Employment.
From 2014 to 2018, she served as the vice-mayor of Bishkek, responsible for social issues. From 2020 to 2024, she represented Kyrgyzstan in the Commission on Economic Issues under the Economic Council of the CIS.
Aigul Ryskulova has received numerous state awards, including the "Dank" medal and the title of "Honored Worker of the State Service of the Kyrgyz Republic".
