The first site visited was the regional unified hospital in Karakol, built in 1968 and designed for 550 beds. The head of the cabinet inspected the intensive care and surgical departments, assessing the equipment and the conditions in which medical procedures are carried out. He also reviewed the progress of the construction of a new hospital building, which will accommodate 350 places. Construction began in 2024, with completion planned for 2027, and the new building will consist of eight blocks.
Next, Kasymaliev visited the anti-plague department of the Center for Control and Prevention of Particularly Dangerous and Quarantine Infections. This institution was founded in 1894, and following the inspection, it was found that its laboratory base does not meet modern biological safety standards. In this regard, relevant agencies were instructed to work on the issue of constructing a new building and updating the material and technical base of the department.

Concluding his visit, the head of the cabinet of ministers visited the Issyk-Kul regional bureau of forensic medical examination, located in an emergency building constructed in 1897. Three departments operate here, and Kasymaliev instructed government agencies to consider the possibility of modernizing the infrastructure, including the construction of a new building and the acquisition of necessary equipment.
