As a result of his visit, Kasymaliev instructed the urgent development of a project for a new building. He also demanded the compilation of a list of necessary equipment, including modern refrigeration units and laboratory complexes for DNA testing.
A detailed financial plan and a work schedule with a clear division into priority and subsequent stages must be attached to the project.
