According to this decree, Kanatbek Chynybaev will temporarily perform the duties of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations until the Jogorku Kenesh approves his candidacy for the position of Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Kanatbek Chynybaev has already been submitted to the Jogorku Kenesh for approval to take the ministerial position.
Previously, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.
Today, the Minister of Emergency Situations Urmatbek Shamyrkanov was also relieved of his duties.
