Islan Momokonov.
The director of the housing and civil construction department, Islan Momokonov, will now lead the department of engineering surveys.
Bolot Cholponbaev.
Bolot Cholponbaev, who previously served as the director of the engineering surveys department, has now been appointed as the head of the housing and civil construction department.
Nurdan Oruntaev expressed the opinion that such internal personnel rotation will allow for more effective use of staff potential, improve management, enhance experience sharing, and increase the quality of work across all divisions.
