The rotation ceremony took place on March 3, led by the Minister of Construction, Nurdana Oruntaev, who was joined by his deputies and ministry staff.
As part of the rotation, changes were made to the structure of four key divisions of the ministry:
Ernazarbek Suerkulov was relieved of his position as director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department and appointed as director of the State Expertise Department.
Maratbek Ak Nazarov, who previously held the position of director of the State Expertise Department, will now lead the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
Islan Momokonov also underwent rotation: he was relieved of his role as director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department and will now head the Engineering Surveys Department.
Bolot Cholponbaev, in turn, was transferred from the position of director of the Engineering Surveys Department to the position of director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department.
Minister Nurdana Oruntaev emphasizes that such changes are aimed at more effective use of personnel, improving the management system, and enhancing the quality of work across all divisions.
