In accordance with the order signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, a rotation was conducted among the directors of four departments of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.
The ministry reports that this event took place under the leadership of Nurdana Oruntaev, the minister, with the participation of his deputies and staff of the agency.
As a result of the changes made:
- Ernazarbek Suerkulov was relieved of his position as the director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department and appointed as the director of the State Expertise Department.
- Maratbek Aknazarov, who previously held the position of director of the State Expertise Department, is now the director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
- Islan Momokonov was relieved of his position as the director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department and appointed as the head of the Engineering Survey Department.
- Bolot Cholponbaev, the former director of the Engineering Survey Department, now heads the Housing and Civil Construction Department.
Minister Oruntaev emphasized that this rotation is aimed at more effective use of human resources, improving management, sharing experiences, and enhancing the quality of the agency's work.
