In accordance with the instruction of the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev, a rotation of the heads of four departments took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan.
This event was held under the leadership of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev, with the participation of his deputies and ministry staff.
As a result of the rotation, the following appointments were made:
- Ernazarbek Suerkulov, previously the director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, now heads the State Expertise Department.
- Maratbek Ak Nazarov, relieved of his position as director of the State Expertise Department, has been appointed director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
- Islan Momokonov, who was previously the director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department, is now appointed as the director of the Engineering Surveys Department.
Bolot Cholponbaev also changed his position: he was relieved of his post as director of the Engineering Surveys Department and appointed director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department.
The minister emphasized that this internal rotation is aimed at more effective use of human resources, improving management, and enhancing the quality of the ministry's work.
