Talaybek Sarybashov was born on September 11, 1971, in the village of Gulcha, located in the Alaï district. In 2008, he graduated from the Osh State Law Institute. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the authorized representative of the government in the Osh region, and then, from 2018 to 2021, he was the mayor of Osh. He also temporarily served as the acting mayor of Bishkek. In 2021, Sarybashov was elected as a deputy of the VII convocation of parliament.
It is worth reminding that on February 18, by the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, Janar Akaev was appointed mayor of the city of Osh.
