On February 18, it became known that Janar Akayev, representing electoral district No. 8, was appointed mayor of Osh by the decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic following the resignation of Jenishbek Toktorobaev. In connection with this event, according to the election results, the next deputy from this district will be Talaybek Sarybashov.

At the moment, the Central Election Commission has not received any documents regarding the resignation of Deputy Akayev.
