Today, February 18, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan made a decision to grant deputy mandates to Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Kadyralieva.
Additionally, Azizbek Abdullaev will receive a mandate, replacing Eldar Sulaymanov in district No. 5.

Sulaymanov submitted a request for voluntary resignation, and the CEC unanimously supported this decision.
It is worth recalling that on November 30, 2025, extraordinary elections for deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh were held. On December 3, the CEC canceled the registration of all 14 candidates in district No. 13 due to violations related to the installation of cameras by observers, which affected the secrecy of the vote.

Repeat elections were scheduled for March 1, 2026, and 23 candidates registered.
On February 13, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums reviewed its previous decision regarding the early elections in district No. 13, canceling the previous results and recognizing the elections as valid. As a result, the deputies became Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova.

Following these events, a complaint was submitted to the CEC regarding the cancellation of the repeat elections in district No. 13.
