The incident took place on the night of February 14, when three men, in a state of alcohol intoxication, arrived from Bishkek to Petrovka. There, they met with two local residents, which ultimately led to a conflict escalating into a fight. During the scuffle, one of the visitors pulled out a knife and injured a local resident, after which they fled in a Honda car.
The fact of the incident was recorded under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement agencies detained two young men, T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is underway.
