Guests from Tajikistan were shown how ID cards and license plates are made in the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the visit, the delegation toured the production workshops of the "Uchkyn" company, where they were shown the process of manufacturing printed products, including excise stamps, documents of state significance, and license plates. They also saw equipment for fuel marking and quality control.
To date, this enterprise produces a full range of products, such as state registration license plates, ID cards, driver's licenses, textbooks, and diplomas. Representatives from Tajikistan expressed interest in the passport production line and other official documents.
Later, the delegation visited the "Kyzmat" institution, where the management presented their services and digital projects.
In 2025, "Kyzmat" provided more than 3.9 million state services, over 539 thousand of which were processed online.
Among the new services are online ID card exchanges, temporary registration at the place of residence, as well as the ability to replace and digitize driver's licenses. Additionally, online services for buying and selling vehicles and real estate, processing OSAGO, and reissuing civil registry certificates in electronic format are available.
More than 149 thousand citizens have utilized the remote replacement of driver's licenses. The transition of document circulation in state agencies to a digital format allows for annual savings of over 1 billion soms from the state budget.
The Head of the Presidential Administration, Kanaybek Tumanbaev, noted that the institution continues to optimize the work of state agencies by implementing new online services and developing the country's digital ecosystem.
Kohir Rasulzoda expressed high appreciation for the work being done and interest in studying Kyrgyzstan's experience in the field of digitalization.
As a result of the visit, the parties agreed to exchange experiences in areas of mutual interest.
