According to Kulubaev, the Kyrgyz side considers it unwise to pay attention to provocative statements that appear in the media and have no relation to real intergovernmental issues.

The minister noted that the Russian Federation is a strategic partner and ally of Kyrgyzstan. Cooperation between the countries is carried out both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international and regional organizations, including the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the CIS. These formats contribute to a sustainable political dialogue based on mutual respect and consideration of each other's interests.
