The deputy considers it shameful to do business on certificates.
The deputy noted that the government plans to amend the legislation, which will lead to an increase in prices for state services, including the issuance of certificates.
“The current version of the law states that the cost of certificates should not exceed their production cost; however, the government intends to raise it. This is blatant commercialization! We cannot profit from the needs of citizens and direct funds towards commercial purposes. People already pay taxes for every action, and it is completely wrong to profit from issuing certificates,” emphasized Jumabekov.
He also pointed out that the new initiatives imply that certificates will only be issued through the "Tunduk" platform.
“I believe this is incorrect. Not all citizens are registered in this system. There are pensioners and other groups who cannot use it, and we intend to restrict their rights. It is important to leave the option for people to obtain paper certificates at the aiyl okmotu. I openly state: this is clearly linked to someone's commercial interests, and we cannot allow this,” added the deputy.
