This draft law proposes the repeal of the existing ban on the allocation of land plots within the territory of the presidential state residence "Ala-Archa," if this is necessary to meet social needs.
In the justification for the draft law, it is noted that the initiative is driven by the need to improve citizens' access to educational institutions. Previously, due to a lack of available land, it was decided to allocate a plot within the territory of state residence No. 1 for the placement of social facilities. A social complex is already operating in this area, which includes a school opened at the initiative of President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
The aim of the draft law is to align the legislation with the already adopted decisions regarding the placement of social facilities on the territory of the state residence.
According to the materials provided, it is proposed to establish that the allocation of land for social needs is carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers at the direction of the president.
