The deputy proposed to consider the construction of a private school on the site of the state residence "Ala-Archa"
As part of the discussion, a draft law was presented that provides for the legal allocation of a land plot of 10.48 hectares within the state residence for social needs.
Mavlyanova emphasized the importance of the decision regarding who will be granted this plot — for the construction of state social institutions or for private investors.
During the discussion, it became known that the plot will be transferred to the management of the Bishkek city mayor's office. On this territory, the construction of a school, a medical and obstetric point, as well as a number of medical and sports facilities has already been completed. At the same time, the medical institution will not be transferred to private individuals.
The deputy also expressed the opinion on the feasibility of creating conditions for the construction of a quality private school in this area. According to her, many citizens prefer private educational institutions as they believe the level of education is higher there. This could help reduce transportation load, as parents would not have to drive their children across the entire city, which, in turn, would positively affect the traffic situation, she noted.
It was previously reported that due to a shortage of available land plots, a decision was made to allocate a plot in the territory of state residence No. 1 for the creation of social facilities. Currently, there is already a social complex functioning there, which includes a school opened by President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
