The Parliament approved the bill on the transfer of 10.5 hectares of land from the state residence "Ala-Archa"
Recently, the Jogorku Kenesh approved an initiative to amend the law "On Guarantees of the Activities of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Status of the Ex-President of the Kyrgyz Republic." The authors of the bill emphasize that it proposes lifting the ban on allocating land plots within the state residence "Ala-Archa" when necessary for social needs.
This initiative is driven by the population's need for access to educational and social institutions. Due to a shortage of available land, it was decided to allocate a plot within state residence No. 1 for the placement of social facilities.
To date, a social complex already operates in this area, including a school opened with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
The goal of the bill is to adapt the legislation to the already made decisions regarding the placement of social facilities on the territory of the state residence. According to the document, it is stipulated that the allocation of land for social needs will be carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers at the direction of the President.
According to the authors, the total area of the allocated land is 10.5 hectares.
