According to information provided by the ministry's press service, the main topic of the meeting was the discussion of the interim monitoring and analytical assessment of the implementation of the 12-year school education based on the results of the first half of the year. A comprehensive analysis is planned based on survey and observation data to evaluate achievements at the initial stages of this educational reform's implementation.
The minister noted that conducting an interim and summary analysis will provide an objective picture of the initial results of the reform, identify the effectiveness of the decisions made, and determine problematic areas, achievements, as well as directions for further adjustments in the implementation of the 12-year education.
Particular attention will be paid to analyzing the professional development of teachers, assessing the practical application of educational standards and programs, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of the use of electronic educational resources and digital platforms, including the portals of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education, the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Pedagogical Workers, and "Okuu kitibi".
As part of the monitoring, an assessment of the level of proficiency of teachers in automated information systems, such as "Mugalim," "Kündölük," and other digital solutions, is also planned, as well as an analysis of the relevance and completeness of the data entered into these systems and used for management decision-making.
The monitoring will be carried out by the Department for Quality Education Development at the Ministry of Education.
