According to the ministry, a comprehensive analysis will be conducted to obtain results, based on data from surveys and observations.
Minister Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva noted that the interim and summary analysis will help form an objective understanding of the initial results of the reform, assess the effectiveness of the measures taken, as well as identify problem areas, achievements, and directions for necessary adjustments in the further implementation of the 12-year educational format.

Particular attention will be paid to analyzing the professional development of teachers, evaluating the practical application of educational standards and programs, as well as the effectiveness of using digital educational resources. This includes the portals of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education, the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Educators, as well as the "Okuu kitibi" platform.
As part of the monitoring, it is also planned to assess how well teachers have mastered automated information systems, such as "Mugalim" and "Kundoluk," and other digital solutions. The analysis will include the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of the data entered into these systems, which are used for decision-making.
The monitoring will be conducted by the Department of Quality Education Development under the Ministry of Education.
It should be reminded that Kyrgyzstan is undergoing a phased transition to 12-year education. The 2025/2026 academic year will be the first when the new program will be implemented by students in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 7th grades.
In 2026, more than one billion soms is planned to be allocated for the reform of the education system, which corresponds to the level of funding allocated in 2025.
