Topics also included attracting international experts and trainers, providing state support to students studying in pedagogical specialties, and training teachers proficient in English in the STEM field.
Edil Baisalov emphasized the importance of the teacher's role in the education system, noting that the training of teaching staff and their professional growth should remain among the priorities of state policy. He highlighted the need for coordinated work among all stakeholders.
Minister Kendirbaeva, in turn, noted the importance of integrating the teacher training system into the global educational community, emphasizing that pedagogical universities should become flagships of reform and be at the center of transformations.
