Scholarship "El Ümütü". Graduates Ready to Contribute to the Development of the Country

At a meeting with Gulzat Isamatova, the Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations, graduates of the international presidential scholarship "El ümitü" expressed their desire to actively participate in the development of their country, Kyrgyzstan.

The ministry reported that the event took place in an open dialogue format, where key issues regarding the further development of the scholarship program were discussed. Participants exchanged views on mechanisms to support gifted youth, the role of graduates in strengthening human resources, and their participation in significant social initiatives.

During the discussion, graduates shared their perspectives on education and professional activities, proposing ideas for improving the educational system, science, and innovations. In particular, the possibilities for expanding cooperation with government structures, enhancing support for youth initiatives, and creating a sustainable platform for exchanging ideas were discussed.

Meeting participants also noted the importance of President Sadyr Japarov's support in creating and successfully implementing the "El ümitü" scholarship. Graduates emphasize that the program opens new horizons for youth and plays a key role in preparing future specialists.

Gulzat Isamatova confirmed that the active participation of graduates and their constructive proposals significantly help increase the program's effectiveness. She noted that all proposed initiatives would be considered in due course. The parties expressed their readiness to maintain constant communication, develop cooperation, and implement joint initiatives for the benefit of the state.

The event was held in a hybrid format, allowing Kyrgyz students studying abroad to participate in the discussion as well.

As a result of the meeting, the intention to continue close cooperation and maintain regular information exchange to promote initiatives in the interests of the country was confirmed.

It is worth noting that graduates of the "El ümitü" scholarship are currently successfully working in various fields, including public administration, healthcare, finance, and business. For example, Islam Ayazbaev and Valeria Stashevskaya work at the National Bank, Zhibek Kydyrova is in law, Nurshat Ababakirov is at the UN representation in Kyrgyzstan, Asel Abdurakhmanova is in healthcare, and Aysuluu Kozhokulova, as a technology expert, is preparing for the visit of the TechWomen program delegation.

According to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations, these examples confirm the effectiveness of the program and its contribution to the development of the country's human capital.

The "El ümitü" scholarship aims to support talented youth, create conditions for their academic and professional growth, and strengthen the human resources potential of the Kyrgyz Republic. The program provides young people with the opportunity to receive world-class education and contributes to the training of specialists ready to make a real contribution to the country's development.

It was previously reported that over three years of project implementation, about 40 scholarship recipients have been funded.
