In Chui Region, three men were fined for illegal hunting and one man for illegal fishing

On March 12, inspectors from the Chui Regional Department of the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service conducted a raid aimed at identifying cases of illegal hunting and fishing in the Panfilov, Jayil, Moscow, Sokuluk, Issyk-Ata, and Kemin districts.

According to information provided by the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service, three men were detained during the raid for engaging in illegal hunting.

They were fined a total of 35,000 soms for violations specified in Article 261 Part 1 (illegal hunting or extraction of wildlife, including fish and aquatic animals, causing minor damage) and Article 263 (violation of hunting rules) of the Code of Offenses. Additionally, they were also sued for 7,500 soms for the illegal shooting of hunting resources.

During the same raid, a case of violation of fishing rules was recorded — the use of prohibited synthetic fishing nets. The violator was fined 5,500 soms in accordance with Article 267 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to the use of synthetic nets and electrofishing systems in fishing.
