
A raid was conducted in the Panfilov district, organized by the Chuy Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, during which facts of illegal shooting of wild animals were discovered.
As a result of the inspection, it was established that several individuals violated hunting rules by killing three pheasants. The press service of the department reported that the offenders were detained at the scene.
In connection with this incident, administrative protocols were drawn up based on Article 261 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Responsibility. As a result, a decision was made to impose a fine of 20,000 soms.
Additionally, to compensate for the damage caused to wildlife, the offenders were sued for 15,000 soms for the three killed pheasants.
The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds of the harm that illegal hunting causes to wildlife, as well as the necessity of adhering to the rules for using biological resources. The department urges citizens to follow environmental legislation and hunting rules, assuring that such raid activities will continue.
