In the Panfilov District, men were fined for the illegal shooting of three pheasants.
According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, it was established that two individuals shot three pheasants without the necessary permits. The offenders were apprehended at the scene.
As a result, they were fined 20,000 soms in accordance with Article 261 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to illegal hunting and the extraction of wildlife.
Additionally, the offenders were presented with a claim for 15,000 soms to compensate for the damage caused to wildlife due to the shooting of the pheasants.
