In the Jalal-Abad region, in the Toktogul district, nine individuals who were part of the banned religious organization "Yakin-Inkar" decided to leave its ranks after preventive measures were conducted. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security.

As stated in the agency's message, explanatory discussions were held on March 27 with participants of this extremist ideology, which included representatives of the official clergy. During these events, issues regarding the inadmissibility of religious schism, the importance of public consensus, as well as adherence to traditional Islam in accordance with the Hanafi madhhab and the Matrudiy creed were discussed.

As a result of these discussions, the participants expressed their desire to terminate their membership in the organization, acknowledged their previous beliefs as erroneous, and expressed their readiness to adhere to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, the decisions of the Council of Ulema, and the directives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan. They also called on their like-minded individuals to abandon the ideology of "Yakin-Inkar".
