"Yakin Inkar" is a religious movement that has been recognized as extremist and banned in Kyrgyzstan based on a court decision. This movement emerged within the framework of "Tablighi Jamaat," but later formed as an independent group with more radical views.
The ideology of this movement rejects the authority of official religious institutions and does not recognize the fatwas of the Council of Ulema, which, according to experts, leads to a schism in the Muslim community and social isolation of its supporters.
