The State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported the prevention of several attempts to illegally export cattle in the area of the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.

During patrols in the Leilek district, border guards stopped a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle, driven by citizens of Kyrgyzstan born in 1988 and 1989. In the cargo compartment of the vehicle, 12 heads of cattle were found, which lacked the necessary veterinary and accompanying documents.

Additionally, in the Batken district, in the Karim-Bak area, another 12 stray animals were discovered, ready for illegal transportation across the border.

Later in the Leilek district, in the International area, another citizen of Kyrgyzstan born in 1989 was detained while attempting to smuggle 14 heads of cattle, avoiding official border crossing points.
In Sada, also in the Leilek district, border guards prevented the export of one bull using a cargo motor scooter "Muravey." In this case, two Kyrgyz citizens were detained.

During further operations, border guards encountered three unknown individuals attempting to smuggle two heads of cattle. Upon attempting to detain them, they fled into the territory of a neighboring state, leaving the animals behind.

As a result of the conducted operations, 41 heads of cattle were seized, presumably intended for illegal export outside the country. All detained individuals and the confiscated cattle were taken to the border service units for further investigation and the preparation of necessary documents.
