According to the agency, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, born in 1988, was detained in the village of Ak-Tatyr. In his Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle, there were 10 calves that he intended to transport to a neighboring country, bypassing official border crossing points.

The detainee, along with the animals, was taken to the SBS unit, where an investigation and the necessary documentation are currently being processed.
The SBS emphasizes that serious penalties are provided for border violations and illegal transportation of goods or animals in accordance with the law.
It is worth noting that there is a ban on the export of livestock in the Kyrgyz Republic, which was introduced to stabilize meat prices in the domestic market.
