In Bishkek, patients were illegally treated with psychotropic substances. The owner of the medical center has been detained.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the medical center "Dem-Nur" was illegally engaged in the storage, sale, and use of psychotropic substances. The detained O. Sh. was treating patients with alcohol and drug dependencies without the necessary license.

During searches at the clinic, 18 ampoules of psychotropic substances were found, as well as more than 600 ampoules and 16 packages of other medications. In addition, psychotropic substances were also found at the suspect's home.

Based on the collected evidence, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 "Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. O. Sh. was placed in custody in a temporary detention facility.
