On the same day, employees of this directorate detained the man, identified as G.D., born in 1980, for further investigation.
As a result of the conducted check, the materials were forwarded to the Public Security Service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sverdlovsk District. A protocol was drawn up against G.D. under Article 126 (Minor Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
A linguistic examination was also appointed.
