The press service of the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District of Bishkek confirmed that this incident was recorded.

The detained individual was identified as 26-year-old Y.M., who was taken to the police station. A report was filed against him under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
