According to the Municipal Inspectorate, after the violation was recorded, the driver refused to provide his documents and disputed the fact of the violation.
“He then ignored the inspector's demands and attempted to leave the scene, driving on the pedestrian sidewalk. The inspector stood in front of the vehicle to stop the violator, but the driver did not stop, ran over him, and dragged him on the hood,” the inspectorate reported.
The situation was immediately reported to the duty unit of the Municipal Inspectorate. Internal security officers arrived at the scene, and soon the police were called.
Law enforcement detained the driver and brought him to the GOM-5 of the Pervomaisky district. The materials of the incident were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek confirmed that a protocol was drawn up against citizen K.N., born in 1970, under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses. He is currently in a temporary detention cell.
