According to information from law enforcement agencies, on March 3 of this year, a local resident T.K., born in 1972, approached the Kara-Suu District Police Department. He reported that in the fall of 2023, H.N., born in 1958, who lives in the Datka ayil aimak, took 1 million 320 thousand soms from him with the promise to arrange a land plot and prepare the necessary documents.
Based on this information, a preliminary investigation was initiated, and a criminal case was opened under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During joint operational activities conducted by employees of the district department of the State Committee for National Security and the service for combating extremism and illegal migration of the Kara-Suu District Police Department, the suspect was detained. He turned out to be a former land issues specialist of the ayil okmotu.
Currently, the detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible participants in this crime.
